​Interior design consult: $350 - 2 hours 

It is an existing or new space that needs editing, updating, possibly renovation or will be a whole new makeover.  It is consulting to create it for you; it is a new design and includes complete walk-thru, design thoughts, ideas and recommendations, and site measurements..

Color consult: $350 - flat fee

It is for interior design or staging, when you want to reimagine the colors in your life.  Color has the biggest impact in space and often is the simplest and least expensive thing to change.  For interior design, it can be personal and infinite in an array of possibilities.  For staging, it is about neutralizing and making color effective, welcoming and inviting for everyone.  

Plans: $350 - per room/flat rate

2D and 3D design rendering of your room that includes general ideas and iterations of architectural details, furniture and furnishings. Client can take this intellectual property and general design and go source on their own or move onto next phase with us; sourcing.  .​

Renovations: Flat-fee based percentage of total renovation budget. After initial consult, a retainer of half of the flat-fee will be asked to commence with renderings, floorplans, outline of estimated costs and overall budget for the project.  The remaining half of the flat-fee will be due once renovations start working in tandem with contractors and tradespersons. This includes project organization and partial management (can be done remotely).  

Sourcing: A 30% percentage based fee* - trade discounts given

After the initial interior design consult and room plans are complete, it is a creation of a new design personalized and customized in collaboration with you with specific ideations of choices from various vendors.  It is taking your ideas and helping you visualize them with mood boards and placement in renderings, bringing your space to visual life for you.  It includes, passing along any and all trade discounts to you the client while designing, researching, sourcing, materials, planning, and communicating with all vendors.  A straight fee based structure allows transparency for material costs, allows us to pass designer retail discounts to you directly without mark-ups, and is all-inclusive for time and for any and all budgets.  Customer pays for items direct to vendors, designer fee(s) are invoiced when orders are submitted.  Most customers save an average of 15-20% of retail prices and get all the design attention outlined above in addition.

Project Management: Hourly rate of $65 per hour

Last phase, interior designer can be on-site for deliveries, placement and project management of sub-contractors for renovations. Installation of items and/or final few hours for placement of furniture and furnishings.  The amount of hours and intervention is individually customized for each client's needs.
